You acknowledge and agree to the terms of this privacy policy by using or visiting any CelebFarm website, app, service, program, tool, data feed, and/or business. The privacy practices of third parties that we do not own or control are not covered by this privacy statement. Please refrain from using our Services if you disagree with our use of your personal information in accordance with this privacy statement.

1. What Data Do We Gather?

Identification Information ~ When you expressly and willingly give us personal information, such as when you register or ask for support, or when you enter details like your name, phone number, year of birth, or other details, we may be able to identify you. Personal data, personal information, and/or sensitive personal information, as defined by the relevant laws, are all examples of personally identifiable information. We request that you refrain from sending us or disclosing any sensitive personal information, including social security numbers and details on your racial or ethnic origins, political ideas, religious beliefs, health, biometrics, or genetic make-up, criminal history, or union membership. Sending or disclosing any sensitive personal information to us constitutes your consent to the processing and use of that information in accordance with this Policy.

The privacy policies of third parties that we do not manage or control are not covered by this policy. This includes, not being limited to, any third-party websites, services, applications, and resources that this Site may link to or otherwise make reference to ("Third Party Services" or "TPS"). For instance, the Services use the YouTube API Services as a TPS, and by using YouTube content, you agree to be governed by the YouTube Terms of Service, the Privacy Policy, and the API Services Terms of Service (https://developers.google.com/youtube/terms/api-services-terms-of-service) when using the Service to access YouTube content and services. We disclaim all liability for any TPS's content or privacy policies. We advise you to read the privacy policies of each TPS you access in detail.

The option to sign up using a TPS, such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, or YouTube, may be available to you. You may also choose to link your account to a TPS. By giving us access to your TPS account, you agree that we may obtain certain information from your TPS account. This information may include your name, email address, birthday, work history, educational history, current city, shared media, and the names, profile pictures, relationship statuses, and current cities of your TPS contacts. You also authorise us to obtain certain information from your TPS account. We only get data from your TPS account that you directly give us permission to get and have authorised.

Your personally identifiable information is collected and used by us to: deliver the Services; run and enhance our Service; offer customer service; conduct research and analysis to enhance our goods, Service, and technology; and show content that is tailored to your interests and preferences.

You can always opt not to provide personally identifying information, but doing so may prevent you from using some features of the Service. You will have consented to supply your personally identifiable information in order to access the Services if you have registered an account with us. With this consent, we have the authorization needed to process your data in accordance with the law that is relevant. You still have the option to revoke this consent whenever you choose. Please refrain from using our Services if you disagree with our use of your personal information in accordance with this privacy statement.

Sensitive Information ~ With the exception of what is stated in the following sentence, we ask that you refrain from sending us or disclosing any sensitive personal data (such as social security numbers, details about your racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious beliefs, or other affiliations, your health, your biometrics or genetic makeup, your criminal history, or your union membership), either on or through the Services or in any other way. You agree that we may process and use any sensitive personal information you give or reveal to us in connection with the submission of content to the Services in line with this privacy statement. You must not submit such content to us if you do not authorise our processing and use of such sensitive personal data.

Non-Personal Information ~ We may gather and compile non-personally identifiable data, which is data that cannot be used to identify or locate you either on its own or in conjunction with other data that is publicly available. This data may contain things like the URL of the website that directed you to us, your IP address, the language and kind of your browser, log data, the hardware types you are using, where you are located, and the times and lengths of your accesses. Cookies, Pixels, and Local Storage ~ We may use "cookies," which are little text files that websites place on your computer's or mobile device's hard drive, to gather information. To give you a more customised and interactive experience when using the Services, we may employ both session cookies—which vanish when you shut your web browser—and permanent cookies, which stay on your computer or mobile device until you delete them.

We use two main types of cookies: (1) first party cookies, which we serve to your computer or mobile device directly and which are only used by us to identify your computer or mobile device when it returns to any website or application that is a part of the Services; and (2) third party cookies, which are placed on websites or applications by other service providers and may be used by those other service providers to identify your computer or mobile device when it visits other websites.

In-Chip Tags

To monitor user behaviour on our websites and applications, we may also deploy pixel tags, commonly referred to as web beacons and clear GIFs, on the Services. In contrast to cookies, which a website places on your computer or mobile device's hard drive, pixel tags are covertly inserted into web pages. Pixel tags track the effectiveness of our marketing initiatives and gather data on how people use the Services so that we may better manage our content. We don't link the data we get using pixel tags to the personal information of our users.
